Terex Washing Systems holds Product Development Forums

fm200c.jpgTerex Washing Systems (TWS) recently held its first Product Development Forum at its main facility in Dungannon, UK and a second at the Terex facility in Louisville, Kentucky. TWS has established a strong global distributor network and reported the attendance of 39 distributor companies from Poland, New Zealand, Finland, the UK, Republic of Ireland, Australia, Romania, France, Turkey, Latvia, Slovenia, Holland, Russia, Slovakia, Lithuania, Algeria, Belgium, Morocco, and throughout the Americas.

TWS is a newly launched product line within the Terex Material Processing segment and supports mines, quarries and aggregate producers globally offering a broad portfolio, including: sand wash and fines recovery plants, log washers, hoppers, feeders, conveyors, de-watering screens, static screens, mobile, static and modular wash plants, as well as the addition of combination plants and water management systems. TWS is “committed to providing outstanding customer support and expertise in the field to meet customers’ individual needs.”

The primary aim of the forum  was to engage with distributors and familiarise them with the TWS core team. Distributors were updated on new products under development and provided with an overview of all current TWS products and their benefits, which was achieved through a factory tour, machine showcase of the Terex M1700 and FM200C, demonstrations of the new range of filter presses and presentations. The event also provided a platform for TWS to capture feedback from distributors in terms of customer needs for new product development and ultimately understand distributor needs for customer and support solutions.
