At the Belgian Matexpo International Trade Fair for Machines, Techniques and Materials for the Construction Industry held from September 2-6, Keestrack launched its new GIANT screen among other products. The GIANT, with a weight of, 43.5 t and a double deck screen box of 6,000 x 2,000 mm, has a 12 m² screening surface on every deck; making for a capacity of up to 600 /h.
As an option the GIANT is also available with a Binder BIVITEC flip flow screen box of 6,000 x 1,900 mm (11.4 m² on every deck). The GIANT has been developed to screen difficult, sticky or wet materials in every desired fraction, in every application. The GIANT is available with hopper or infeed belt and is available in diesel/electric drive.
Other products displayed were the Destroyer 1313 ECO-EP+, a diesel/electric driven impact crusher with external electricity connection and after screen with closed circuit with the following characteristics:
• Feed opening (H x B) 900 x 1,280 mm
• Rotor diameter 1,267 mm, rotor width 1,250 mm
• Independent vibrating two deck pre-screen of 3,000 x 1,250 mm
• Swivelling return conveyor, to form the closed circuit can also be used as stock piling conveyor
• Optional two deck after screen of 4,500 x 1,500 mm
• Capacity up to 500 t/h
• Dolly system available
