Northern Light Technologies (NLT) has strengthened its service portfolio by offering a new two-year warranty on its award-winning cap lamps. Warranties will now serve for a full 24 months. “In combination with NLT’s high-quality and reliable cap lamp products and accessories, the new extended warranty gives mining operators and end users greater peace of mind and protection of their investment in high-tech lighting. Ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and support after they have purchased our products is of the utmost importance. Some of our customers, especially those with larger mining operations, want the extra protection of an extended warranty period,” said Heidi Levitt, President of NLT.
NLT’s new warranty prolongs the standard warranty period of one year, to a maximum total warranty period of two years and covers their Genesis, Polaris, Rebel, and Eclipse cap lamps purchased after October 1, 2013.
