Following on from an extremely successful visit to Egypt by British Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson and as a continuation of supporting UK businesses to operate overseas successfully, The Department for International Trade (DIT)-Egypt team will be hosting a Webinar titled International Bids for Gold Exploration in 5 Concessions in the Eastern Desert on the 28th March 2017 @ 11:00 (UK time).

The DIT says that in spite of the political unrest over the past few years, Egypt has remained a stable commercial partner of the UK. Egypt’s mining sector is a leading global destination. It is one of the highest-growth potential mining markets in the Middle East. For many established UK companies, Egypt is one of their most profitable operations globally. Companies already doing business in Egypt will be well placed when high levels of economic growth return.

This one-hour webinar will provide an overview of the political/economic situation in Egypt, in addition to providing information regarding both existing and potential opportunities within the mining sector specifically in the latest opportunity published by the Egyptian government (Gold exploring)
