Delivery of the 7.3 m diameter SAG mill and 600 t associated equipment to Dalgaranga gold mine

As noted in the post of January 2, Gascoyne Resources Ltd’s Dalgaranga gold project remains on schedule and on budget for first production in Q2 of 2018. Between Christmas and New Year the SAG mill and associated equipment, approximately 750 t in total arrived at Fremantle port, and is currently being delivered to the Dalgaranga project site in the Murchison gold mining region of Western Australia.

Mike Dunbar, Gascoyne’s Managing Director: “The arrival of the SAG mill and the associated equipment on site is a significant milestone for the company, as it is the longest lead time item and one of the last key items to be delivered for the project. 2018 will be an exciting and transformational year for the company as we are set to become a +100,000 oz/y gold producer within just a matter of months, and concurrent with this, we will be stepping up gold exploration at high priority near mine targets at Dalgaranga, as well as continuing with exploration drilling at our 1 Moz Glenburgh gold project.”
