Hyundai Construction Equipment Australia (HCEA) will unveil its largest excavator yet – its 120 t RC1200LC-9 – on Stand 0210 during AIMEX – Asia-Pacific’s mining exhibition 2011, to be held at Sydney Olympic Park, Homebush, from September 6-9. With the first of these due to hit Australian shores by the end of September, HCEA will use AIMEX to promote the machine with photos, literature and specifications.“The highly anticipated R1200LC-9 joins an elite lineup of other excavators in this class … and gives customers a genuine alternative to their existing brands in the range,” HCEA Marketing Manager, Robert Pearson, said. The new excavator is the latest addition to Hyundai’s Dash 9 family and features Hyundai’s Hi-Mate remote management system, which uses GPS technology to enable users to remotely evaluate machine performance, access diagnostic information and verify machine location. Hyundai has announced its stand will have a dedicated Hi-Mate testing area to demonstrate the power of this tool.
The Dash 9 series also incorporates a 7″ full colour, high-resolution display on the cabin console that makes it easy to check all critical systems, manage and operate the machine and drive Hyundai innovative patented new Hydraulic System.
A 30-t wheel loader, the HL780-9, will be another highlight of HCEA’s AIMEX stand.
This recent addition to the Dash 9 lineup has a Cummins QSM11 engine, 5.4 cu m bucket, climate-control cabin and a fully automatic power shift transmission.
