IM’s inaugural In-Pit Crushing and Conveying event continues to gather great interest

belo.jpgWith attendance now approaching 100 representing 11 different countries at the last count, the industry’s first ever dedicated IPCC conference in Belo Horizonte, Brazil from 21-23 September continues to garner interest in the industry where it really matters. Nearly two thirds of the event delegates attending are mining groups, engineering houses and other non-OEMs, which will make for a unique networking opportunity for all concerned. Miners attending include coal, iron ore, gold, copper and bauxite majors – most of whom are sending delegations, not individuals. All of the OEMs with IPCC systems are also represented; allowing those mining groups with an interest in the technology to see what refinements to system designs have been made of late as well as where the latest deliveries are being made, and how successful already installed systems have been.

Interested parties are advised to register as soon as possible, with the event now less than two months away. This can be done online at http://corporate.im-mining.com/imevents.asp. Some sponsorship opportunities as well as booth spaces also remain – for information on these, please contact the IPCC Conference Director and IM Editor, Paul Moore as soon as possible at [email protected]. Those able to stay in Belo Horizonte until the following week also have the advantage of being able to attend the Exposibram international mining exhibition from 26-29 September. The depth of IPCC information in the program is unequalled; the following lists the 23 presentations in place; with only one slot remaining:
