Rocmec signs new contractor deal for thermal fragmentation technology

image_technology.jpgCanada’s Rocmec Mining has entered into a sub-licensing agreement with mining contractor, Don Bourgeois and Sons covering the usage of Rocmec’s exclusive and patented thermal fragmentation mining method. The sub-licensing agreement is for a period of three years and grants the contractor exclusive access to the technology within the provinces of Quebec and Ontario. Both parties will have similar responsibilities pertaining to the promotion, showcasing and implementation of the technology. Don Bourgeois and Sons is to maintain separate accounting records for the usage of the thermal fragmentation mining method within its mining contracts, equipment leasing contracts and/or other types of contracts  Net revenues will be equally shared between the parties.
