With a little more than one year to MINExpo International® 2016, it is time to submit ideas for presentations to be given during 20 educational sessions scheduled for the morning of Tuesday, September 27, and Wednesday, September 28. Presentations should focus on:
- How-to information that stimulates and provides attendees with new skills, process or technology, and efficiency gains
- Case studies with users that provide lessons learned or introduction of new technology and services that can be readily implemented
- Best practices
- Practical and forward thinking content that promotes exchange of ideas with attendees.
Broad subject areas for the sessions may include safety, underground and surface mining, processing, preparation, maintenance, exploration, mine development, post-mining land uses, and environmental issues — including air, water and solid waste.
