Aubema success in domestic and overseas markets

Posted on 17 May 2006

AUBEMA Crushing Technology, a medium-sized company located in the German region of Oberberg/Northrhine-Westfalia, has successfully increased its order bookings which, the company says, “will provide economic security for the entire region.”

It was only the end of last year that Aubema was able to establish a 1005 owned subsidiary in China. “We have immediately benefited from this opportunity to establish in China, which has actually existed only since mid of 2005. Our commitment pays off more quickly than expected,” Norbert Britz, Managing Director of AUBEMA, stated.

Not just once but on five occasions Aubema was able to prevail against international competition. The company will provide nine hammer mills with accessories for three coal power stations including: the Coal Liquefy Thermal Power Plant in Shendong, the Inner Mongolia Wuhai Lantai Thermal Power Plant and the Yunan Group to meet the high energy demands. These large-scale machines will undertake fragmentation of lignite and hard coal for subsequent CFB combustion. An additional contract on two Hammer Mills 1212/18-36 has been signed by the Isdemir steel works in Turkey. The machines have a total contract volume of some €4 million.

Furthermore, the specialists in Bergneustadt are pleased to have a large-scale order amounting to €1.6 million for processing equipment for the domestic market. Saarstahl based in Völklingen, Germany, has  placed an order for the design and installation of a limestone crushing plant for limestone. This raw material is to feed the blast furnace during steel making. The limestone undergoes a direct size reduction from 800 mm to 0 – 3 mm. This is achieved by crushers in the first/second crushing stage, as well as a hammer mill – the key elements of the plant. A special feature of this processing system is that the entire plant will be installed underground.

Finding individual solutions to meet customers’ demands is part of Aubema’s daily business. Every single machine leaving the workshop in Bergneustadt can be distinguished by different characteristics. “Besides the ease of service and maintenance as well as our strong commitment to provide customized solutions, the well-approved reliability and sturdiness of our machines remain decisive factors of our success. Our team will be glad to take up new challenges,” the company reports.
