Having decided that parts support to customers requires an even greater focus SPP Pumps have launched a new dedicated Parts Division. The new team will operate separately from the Service Division with almost double the previous workforce to meet the new challenges ahead. The aim is not only to provide genuine SPP parts but to be recognised as a supplier for the whole pump package, whether that is for an engine, a gearbox or pipework components. Whatever the part, SPP can provide.

One key focus of the new division is to endorse the concept that not only does SPP supply high quality parts, but that these components are supported by a technical support team, who are available to offer advice on material upgrades, design changes or general problem solving. The proposals team has additional resources in place to offer not only the standard lead time on quotations but also a number of express options. And we have put in place additional manufacturing resource to handle break down situations or critical supply.

Future objectives to further enhance the service provided are the introduction of more price lists, parts kits and a service exchange programmes with the core objective being to deliver the very best aftersales parts service possible. SPP hold the pump records and test curves for Crane pumps and are the only pump and spares supplier that can offer Crane spares manufactured to the original specification. The company also supplies products from the Rhodes, Brydon & Youatt and Mopump ranges.
