macroview-example-1.gifThe plant in your hand – now you can take Sentient Computing’s process automation MacroView wherever you go by running MacroView on any iDevice, such as the iPad or iPhone. As long as the Unix MacroView server is reachable over a standard wireless network, you can operate, check the status and interact with alarms. There is no additional software required on the MacroView server.

MacroView is a reliable and cost effective solution for process control, supervisory control and data acquisition. Since 1990, it has been widely used in the mining industry. MacroView is scalable from a small stand alone system with few IO elements to a distributed multi-server system with hundreds of thousands of IO elements. In all installations, Sentient says “Macroview has proven to be a very robust and secure SCADA/HMI solution for industry.
