The SturdiLED™ Series is the latest mining innovation from Phoenix Products Co, an industry leader in lighting for harsh environments. The mid-level LED floodlight offers an AC or DC driver with multiple output options ranging from 1,600 to 2,900 lumens. The two optical packages, 28° and 45°, accommodate a variety of applications including shovels, blasthole drills, cranes, off-road haulers, utility and emergency vehicles, towers, wheel buckets, and various other demanding mining applications. Phoenix uses marine-grade die cast aluminium housing with a powder coat finish for additional protection against corrosion. The rugged shock mount base delivers durability that can stand up to harsh applications. The SturdiLED also uses a replaceable, impact-resistant, and UV-stable lens, as well as a conformal coated circuit board and fully potted driver.

The SturdiLED Series provides significant maintenance reduction, energy savings, and instant-on lighting to reduce downtime. The floodlight is 18 W-37 W and replaces up to 100 W HID floodlights. A Deutsch connector is also offered on DC models for ease of installation.
