With effect from November 2013 allmineral strengthened its management team with the appointment of Dipl Ing Andreas Hees. Hees is from Tübingen in Germany, and is descrined as “a proven specialist in raw materials processing, particularly iron ore.” The company said the appointment has strengthened its personnel resources for further successful expansion. As an experienced project manager and “expert in feasibility studies, particularly in the iron ore segment”, Hees, who studied mineral processing at Aachen University, will be focusing on the further expansion of business in the ore and coal sectors.
Before joining allmineral Andreas Hees was Head of the Mineral Processing Department at SGA (Research Centre for Ore Beneficiation) in Liebenburg where he acquired broad experience while working on numerous mining projects globally with an emphasis on process development for ore beneficiation, sintering and pelletising. allmineral states: “With his know-how Andreas will contribute to the sustained further development of allmineral system solutions and hence, strengthening the company’s innovative capability in general.”
This recruitment of personnel resources is described as “an expression of allmineral’s consistent market strategy.” allmineral’s CEO, Heribert Breuer, states: “The international market in our core business of ore and coal processing has grown rapidly.
