ZEI has released RailREADY™, a premium coal train dust control product line used primarily as a car topping to prevent material loss from rail cars or trucks while in transit. RailREADY cures quickly and is a cost effective method to control product loss and dust. It is also an environmentally safe product with a convenient application and cleanup. The product incorporates film-forming characteristics and effectively penetrates surfaces, thereby forming a tough, water-resistant crust covering the surface of materials such as coal, soil or sand and is a long term solution to reduce the loss of material while in transit. 

The binding characteristics of RailREADY aid in overall dust suppression by causing small dust particles to efficiently adhere to one another. This increases dust mass to reduce airborne tendencies and dust pollution problems; saving you not only from loss of product, but from fines as a result of the negative environmental issues dust can create.
