At Bauma 2016 maximatecc is to launch Enterprise Connect, a full-fledged Telematics system, “that unlike other telematics solutions is seamlessly integrated with the vehicle control system.” Enterprise Connect is a complete Telematics system, with on-board data collection, GNSS positioning, wireless communication, cloud hosting and back-office web clients for big data analysis and reporting.
The major benefit for equipment OEMs is that it is realised as a component of LinX Software Suite – maximatecc’s open and modular software platform for realising both basic and advanced HMI and vehicle control functionality. This means that telematics can be realised as an integral part of the vehicle control system instead of as a stand-alone system.
One of the key features of LinX Software Suite is that all signals and data in the equipment control system – be it a operator joystick command, a sensor reading or a proportional drive output signal – are easily available to any software application running on the equipment. “For the telematics application, this brings tremendous advantages.
