Outotec has been awarded a contract by Acacia Maden Isletmeleri AS, a subsidiary of Ilbak Holding, for the delivery of process equipment to the greenfield Gökirmak copper project in Turkey. Outotec’s contract value is approximately €14 million and the order has been booked in Outotec’s 2016 second quarter order intake.

Outotec will deliver basic engineering and key process equipment of the concentrator as well as supervision services. Once operational the new plant will process annually 2 Mt of ore. The equipment will be delivered during the year 2017. “Outotec has a comprehensive portfolio of technologies for treating various copper ores.
