Topics will include strategic and tactical approaches in the short term; how to retain sustainable development in the longer term in a capital constrained market; innovation and technology; and the importance of leadership in such times. The AusIMM is encouraging speakers to provide their insights on the critical issues that our industry faces (and continues to revisit in each downturn). The organisation has structured this event to encourage active participation between delegates and speakers by allocating time for panel discussions.
