ASGCO – “Complete Conveyor Solutions,” a leading manufacturer, distributor and service provider, has announced the successful addition of the EZ Series to its line of Vul-Con vulcanising presses and equipment. The new EZ100 (100 psi) and the EZ60 (60 psi) expand the line of vulcanising equipment offered by ASGCO to “allow the customer flexibility, depending on the application, to choose the correct press for their requirements.”

The EZ line offers a lightweight unit which enables the customer to easily set up and then dismantle once the splice is complete. The presses are capable of vulcanising conveyor belts between 24 in and 60 in wide. Both EZ press units offer either the internal control unit or the optional external control box which can also have a data logger option, to provide important splice information via a USB port. ASGCO has over 40 years of experience in vulcanising/splicing of rubber, PVC and urethane conveyor belts for the bulk material handling industry.
