The most recent addition to Epiroc’s Minetruck series has been engineered for smart and efficient haulage. The rugged Minetruck MT54 is a powerhouse just like the larger Minetruck MT65. The more compact Minetruck MT54 is designed for 54 t load capacity and higher ramp speeds than its predecessor Minetruck MT5020.

“Minetruck MT54 is based on the very successful Minetruck MT65, so experience and reliability are built-in from the beginning.” says Marcus Lundbergh, Global Product Manager Haulage Trucks at Epiroc.

Minetruck MT54 also features Epiroc’s proprietary Rig Control System (RCS), it is ready for automation and can be equipped with Certiq for added intelligence. The optional telematics system solution gathers and compiles data to help optimise operations and plan maintenance. “With its built-in smartness, this haulage truck is prepared for the future,” affirms Lundbergh.
