The most common problems were identified during initial trainings provided by Davidts himself.

Issues such as spillage, high level wear, misalignment and insecurity were then covered by the research and development department to continuously offer innovative products to clients. To avoid misalignment of belts, Technicgum Polymères has developed the Star Tracker. The smallest movement is adjusted at all times thanks to the patented conical roller.

In order to offer the best price/performance ratio to clients, Technicgum Polymères developed a large range of belt cleaners – RacloFlex. It also established a selection grid to help clients find the appropriate scraper for their exact needs.
