Among the solutions that MAXAM will display at Expomin are one of its unique technologies, RIOFLEX, a high energetic, robust and flexible density bulk product that achieves excellent performance in all types of rocks. “This solution helps to minimise the total operating cost as it generates savings in drilling and blasting, as well as in the whole mining value chain as a result of improved fragmentation. This technology, proven in more than 140 consumption points in 25 countries, is ideal for large-scale mining to open pit mines more typical in the Chilean market.”
The company will also have an innovation corner where it will display its latest technological developments with which it manages to simplify its clients’ operations, increase productivity and create value. Among these innovations is the X-COPTER. Equipped with gas chambers and sensors, this drone allows to check the security of the land before and after blasting, as well as to measure aspects such as the level of land fragmentation and the volume of material generated.
