The deal was agreed after SUEK was impressed with the Sandvik units it had in place already, as its three Sandvik MR340s and four Sandvik MB670s set several cutting records over the past couple of years.

Along with the equipment, Sandvik and SUEK will work closely together to ensure all operators are fully trained, and that parts stock is readily available to minimise potential downtime.
