MineARC Systems has partnered with B.L. Korea to distribute its state-of-the-art refuge chambers and range of ancillary products throughout South Korea and surrounding areas.

MineARC said the agreement would strengthen safety standards in Korea and expand the scope and expertise of both businesses.

B.L. Korea has been supplying specialised equipment and tools to Korean construction tunnels and mines since 1998. MineARC, meanwhile, installs and maintains refuge chambers in coal and hard rock mines across the globe. It recently agreed to collaborate on a project to extend the life of its refuge chambers with Herrenknecht.
