Prof. Dr Franz Becker has been nominated for induction into the International Mining Technology Hall of Fame. He has been a pioneer in mining communications for over 40 years. Having started in his father’s company in his teens and later studied engineering with a love for mining communications. He grew the Becker Group of companies and the communications side to where it is today seen as the communications player of choice in mining with a global reach. Having instilled a deep love for technology in the group and focused on knowhow , performance and reliability. Focused on German engineering with local support “from Germany to the Rest of the World”.
