Centric Mining Systems has been acquired by Datamine, the wholly owned subsidiary of Vela Software, an operating group of Constellation Software. Centric Mining Systems will remain as an independent business under the Datamine umbrella and retain the Centric brand. Centric stated: “We will continue to work closely with our customers maintaining the consistent high levels of expertise and service that you have come to expect from us. Please continue to use the same communication channels to connect with the team.”
The company said that being part of the Datamine group “will provide long-term benefits for Centric, our staff and customers. We will have the opportunity to strengthen and grow our business by leveraging resources including an office network across 20 countries, and profound software and mining expertise.”
