Metso to deliver replacement railcar dumper to mining customer

Metso has been awarded an order to deliver a replacement railcar dumper to a mining customer in Asia Pacific. Metso’s scope of delivery includes a new fully assembled dumper cage with major upgrades to improve efficiency and reduce spillage by allowing for higher throughput capacity and enhanced maintainability.

The order value is approximately €10 million ($10.8 million) and it is booked in the Minerals segment’s September quarter 2024 order received.
