Posted on 17 Jun 2026

Battery swapping and charging technology major Shanghai Qiyuan Green Power Technology Co Ltd and EV charging technology group Shenzhen Kehua Hengsheng Technology Co Ltd have signed a strategic cooperation agreement.

The two parties will engage in close collaboration in areas such as the development of a comprehensive energy replenishment system for new energy heavy trucks, site operation, and ecological synergy, working together to accelerate the green transformation of transportation energy.

Deputy General Manager, Qiyuan Green Power Wang Ruomeng attended with Director Pu Yingchao, along with General Manager of Shenzhen Kehua, Liang Shuizhu and Deputy General Manager, Yang Liping.

Shenzhen Kehua has relied on its nearly 40 years of experience in power electronics to focus extensively on high-power ultra-fast charging technology and scenario-based solutions. It addresses the high energy demands of heavy-load transportation scenarios such as logistics in industrial parks, transportation for steel mills and mines.

It has introduced industry-leading solutions such as a 2.5 MW heavy truck super-charging system, the 2.5 MW/5 MWh high-voltage direct current stacked storage super-charging system, and a 4 MW mining truck high-voltage direct connection MCS super-charging system.

Qiyuan Green Power is a leader in the field of electric heavy truck charging and battery swapping in China, focused on the construction and operation of heavy truck energy replenishment networks. It has established over 1,600 specialised energy replenishment centres in China, enabling the construction of a charging and swapping network with a total mileage of over 50,000 kilometres, spanning from main logistics routes to industrial parks, remote mines, and coastal ports. This provides strong support for improving the operational efficiency of heavy trucks and promoting the development of green transportation capacity.

To date, Qiyuan Green Power has already partnered with Shenzhen Kehua to establish numerous benchmark truck terminal facilities across the country, laying a solid foundation for cooperation. This signing marks a new phase in the deepening and broadening of cooperation between the two parties.

In the future, they will fully leverage their respective strengths in technological research and development, product manufacturing, and charging network construction. “We will engage in close cooperation on topics such as the application and promotion of heavy truck over-charging technology, platform capability enhancement, and joint market expansion. Together, we will explore new pathways for the deep integration of transportation and energy, promote the continuous improvement of the energy replenishment system for new energy heavy trucks, and contribute to the achievement of the ‘double carbon’ goals.”
