Austmine, AusIMM announce finalists for the 2025 Industry Leaders & Awards at GRX

Austmine and AusIMM have announced the finalists for the 2025 Industry Leaders & Awards, which celebrate excellence across Australia’s world-leading mining and METS sectors. Winners will be revealed at the Industry Leaders & Awards Dinner, taking place on Wednesday 21 May as part of the Global Resources Innovation Expo (GRX25) in Brisbane.

This annual awards program highlights the standout achievements of individuals and organisations who are shaping the future of the industry, from driving forward innovation and operational excellence to expanding Australia’s global footprint and mentoring the next generation of industry leaders.

Presented during one of the most anticipated evenings on the GRX calendar, the Awards Dinner will bring together more than 1,000 industry professionals to recognise leadership, innovation and impact across five major award categories.

Craig Senger Excellence in Export Award (Supported by Austrade)

This award celebrates Australian METS companies demonstrating outstanding export growth, impact in global markets, and the successful transfer of Australian expertise to international operations. The finalists are:

The Champion of Innovation recognises a standout individual who has consistently advanced innovation across their career, making a lasting contribution to the evolution of the mining and METS sectors. The winner of this prestigious award will be announced on the evening of the dinner.

The dinner will run on May 21 at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre.
