Hannay Reels’ 3000 Series hose reel is designed for close blasting/slurry in mining environments.  The 3000 Series reel features an economical manual rewind that efficiently pays out long lengths of hose.  This model offers heavy-duty construction to ensure safety and dependability in harsh mining environments. High-pressure liquids are afforded the best fluid path with a disc rewind or removable direct crank rewind for safe and maintenance-free operation. A spring-actuated pin lock locks the reel in place.

The 3000 Series handles 19-25 mm (3/4″ or 1″) internal diameter hose, accommodates pressures up to (138 bar) 2,000 psi and sustains temperatures from -51°C to 121°C. Other pressures and temperatures can be maintained. Stainless steel hub assembly, a bronze or aluminum swivel joint, and a riser are available, as well as optional rollers.
