With nine months to go before it opens its gates to visitors, the organisers of Hillhead 2010 (June 22-24 at Tarmac’s Hillhead quarry near Buxton, England) report that the show is filling up quickly. They said that, to date, almost 90% of stand space has been booked by some 300 companies, including most of the major suppliers to the extractive and heavy construction industries. Event Director Jack Berridge commented: “Since the summer, a steady stream of bookings has been received from new exhibitors and, despite some understandable scaling back in certain areas, the continuing enthusiasm and support for the event is very encouraging.
“Also, with some new product launches and major re-branding exercises taking place next year, we are once again looking forward to a good show.” News of show developments and information for exhibitors and attendees will be posted on the Hillhead 2010 website (www.hillhead.com) on a regular basis.
