Blaxtair® is a pedestrian detection device for mobile industrial machinery. It can also be used to secure the surroundings of dangerous stationary machines. It can be adapted to all types of machines (trucks, graders, wheel loaders, excavators, etc.) and can be set easily. Blaxtair detects pedestrians within a range of 0 to 14 m around the machines depending on the settings. It alerts the driver and pedestrian of any risk of collision. Effective day and night, it is built to withstand harsh conditions.

The system comprises a calculator, a monitoring screen and intelligent cameras (one per hazard zone). An alarm warns the driver and the pedestrian if there is a risk of collision. Its alarm sounds only when a pedestrian is in danger. The system enables machinery operators to be more concentrated on their task, thereby increasing productivity.
