RSC offers free resource development monitoring

Posted on 23 Jul 2015

RSC Mining and Minerals Exploration’s new website is now up: www.rscmme.com. It includes a few exciting new features that, RSC says, “have really struck a chord with the mining and exploration community. It has taken about eight months to develop but we are very excited to present the beta version of RSC Mineral Intelligence (RSC-MI): www.rscmme.com/mineral-resources-map.

“At its core, this is a fully interactive map, showing all the activity on the global mineral resource development stage (since October 2014 when we started monitoring) and updated on adaily basis by our resource consultants. What you can do with this tool:

  • Check the resource development activity for any time frame
  • Filter on location, date, resource development stage, JORC/NI 43-101, and commodity
  • Quickly see where the action is in the world
  • Find out at a glance which commodities are hot
  • Discover which consultants/companies are doing the work.

Find information on mineral resource and exploration reporting all in one place.

“We believe that by providing an open platform to mineral resource development information, there can be more discussion on new resource reports, leading ultimately to better transparency on reporting. In fact, we’re currently working to take this one step further, with a game-changing approach on quality control on public reporting.”

The other new feature is a redesigned and upgraded Seabed Mining & Exploration news page.
