The exclusive sales and distribution agreement for Sempertrans conveyor belts for the Australian market was signed in Newcastle, Australia. Thomas Fahnemann, Semperit’s CEO and Peter Slattery, ConvaTech’s Chairman expressed their excitement about their new business partnership, “combining Sempertrans’ first tier conveyor belt technology and extensive product portfolio with ConvaTech’s premium service offering to Australian mining and industrial sites.”
By teaming up with Sempertrans, ConvaTech, which is the leading Australian conveyor maintenance services provider, is able to complement its existing range of quality products with Sempertrans’ heavy duty textile and steel cord conveyor belts. In recent years, Sempertrans says it has continuously extended its global market footprint by winning new customers.
