Five new Russian-made shovels started operation in Spring 2017

Five new IZ-KARTEX shovels started working at the mining enterprises of Russia in the spring of 2017. On March 4, EKG-10 №538 was launched in operation at the gold mining pit of AO Polyus Gold in Krasnoyarsk kray. The installation was performed by the regional service company OMZ-Gortekhmash-Service.

On March 31 at JSC Stoilensky GOK, excavator EKG-12K № 13 started working. The installation was performed by the regional service company GMK with the participation of IZ-KARTEX in the chief installation and acceptance tests. About 39 IZ-KARTEX shovels have been delivered to Stoilensky GOK. This is the third EKG-12K delivered to the enterprise to boost the capacities of mining works.

On April 7 at AO Uzbekugol, excavator EKG-8US № 13 was launched into operation. The installation was performed by the enterprise itself with the participation of IZ-KARTEX in the acceptance tests.

On April 14 at TOO Bakyrchik mining enterprise in Kazakhstan excavator EKG-15M № 27 started working. The installation was performed by the regional service company IZ-KARTEX KAZAKHSTAN-SERVICE with the participation of IZ-KARTEX in the chief installation, lubricant system installation and acceptance tests. This is the fourth EKG-15M launched at the Bakyrchik in the frame of the contract to supply 5 EKG-15M.

Most recently on May 31 at JSC Pavlovsk Nerud, excavator EKG-8US № 64 was launched. The installation was performed by the regional service company GMK with the participation of IZ-KARTEX in the chief installation and acceptance tests. This shovel opened a new chapter of partnership between the companies in the past 20 years.
