Managing Director John Mancini said the funds raised will bolster the company’s balance sheet as it sets out to expand the company’s presence in Europe as a strategic base to support its African resources and energy clients. ADG Global Supply is a leader in integrated supply to resource, energy and industrial customers with an extensive offering of drilling consumables, earthmover tyres, general maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) and Universal pump products. The team at ADG includes procurement and logistics specialists, helping customers to increase efficiencies across the entire supply chain.

“With over 47% of sales already generated from the African region and the company securing increased commitments for its products and services, this emerging market continues to be a focus for ADG,” said Mancini. The company this year has been able to expand its geographic footprint, enhance its operational platform and deliver increased revenue and EBIT in line with recent guidance announcements. We expect the ongoing investment in people, infrastructure and supply chain capabilities to continue to drive the positive financial performance trends into 2011/2012.”
