Triumphal Group will display a variety of its equipment for the mining industry on Stand B1076 during AIMEX, September 6-9. A focal point of the Malaysian company’s stand will be TGW brand of undercarriage rollers, idlers, sprockets rims, segments, track shoes and track chains. These are produced with hardening and spray quenching systems that are said to be compliant with ISO standards and have excellent wear-resistance in even the most severe working conditions.
Triumphal used advanced machining processes to ensure the quality and precise dimensions of each component, thus maximising the lifespan of each piece and minimising production costs, Triumphal Production Manager, KS Lee said.
TGW brand of Ground Engaging Tools (GET), including cutting edges, grader blades, serrated blades, overlays, end bits and side cutters, will be another feature of the Triumphal Group stand. The company’s cutting edges and grader blades were designed and manufactured to meet industry standards for earthmoving machinery and equipment and were used worldwide in mining and construction equipment, Lee said.
“We offer a wide selection of blades manufactured from several grades of high carbon and boron steel. Many of these products use both high carbon and boron steel that is heat-treated and hardened to improve the lifespan while meeting the demanding requirements of earthmoving and mining applications.”
Duraseal floating seals will be another feature of the Triumphal Group stand. “Duraseal strictly conforms to industrial standards of elasticity, hardness and wear-resistance,” Lee said.
In particular, the company’s R&D department was particular about materials used, process parameters and acceptable quality and placed an emphasis on heat treatment and lapping processes to achieve extraordinary coupling resolution.
“These resources are then used to develop customised products to suit intended applications, Lee said.
