Industrea Group will feature its range of Australian designed and manufactured heavy-duty mining equipment on Stand 0305 during AIMEX in Sydney, September 6-9. The company’s exhibit will include an underground coal mine dozer specifically designed for heavy lifting tasks during longwall relocations. Available in either 50 t or 70 t variants, the dozers are said to lead the industry in ergonomic design, heavy lift capacity and drawbar pull capacity. The Mk 7.0 Minecruiser is designed for personnel transportation, and using the latest 80 kW MWM Series 10 4-litre explosion-protected, low-emission Tier 3 diesel for reduced output emissions and increased power output.
The 70 t Longwall Chock Carrier is AS3584-compliant and is equipped with a 70 t drawbar pull and lifting capacity. Industrea will also use AIMEX to demonstrate its Collision Avoidance Systems, designed to protect heavy vehicles from collision through the use of radio frequency tagging, visual and audible operator warnings, and object classification upon detection.
Industrea says it is committed to improving safety and productivity in the global mining community, offering a whole-of-mine solution through its five divisions: mining equipment, mining technology, gas management, mining services and Wadam.
