Xylem to display wide ranging water management capability at MINExpo

xlem.jpgXylem, which was spun-off from ITT Corp last year to form a leading global water technology company, will display its full range of Flygt and Godwin dewatering pumps and services at MINExpo 2012. With a rental bank of 20,000 products Xylem offers a world-leading range of surface-mounted and submersible dewatering pumps including slurry pumps, MSHA & CSA certified pumps and starters, portable high-head drainage pumps as well as pump system engineering; contingency planning; and turn-key water management expertise.

Xylem’s dewatering services offering includes open pit drainage, drill hole drainage, face and stage dewatering, shaft bottom drainage, main drainage, process water supply, storm water management and heap leaching.

The company describes its focus as continuing “to develop energy-efficient and reliable solutions so that unwanted water is removed as quickly and as cost-effectively as possible.”

This year Xylem expanded its dewatering capabilities in France, Brazil, Australia, Vietnam and Panama to cater for increased customer demand and has plans for further expansion over the next two years.
